A two-time Pro Bowl NFL center (Saints, Browns) and Ohio State All-American who built O-Line Performance in Chandler, AZ — the first training facility designed solely for offensive linemen. Certified in strength, nutrition, and movement screening, with patented OL training tools. Trains pros and developing linemen year-round.

Before he built the most famous offensive-line training facility in football, LeCharles Bentley was one of the best centers of his era. At Ohio State he won the 2001 Rimington Trophy as the nation's top center and earned unanimous All-American honors. The New Orleans Saints took him in the second round of the 2002 draft, and he made two Pro Bowls in four seasons before signing with his hometown Cleveland Browns in 2006 as the highest-paid center in the league.

A torn patellar tendon on the first snap of Browns training camp — and the brutal complications that followed — ended his playing career. What came out of that ending is the reason linemen know his name today: O-Line Performance (OLP), the first training facility in the country designed solely for offensive linemen. No skill guys, no generic speed school — every square foot built around the five up front.

Bentley pairs the résumé with the certifications — strength and conditioning, nutrition, movement screening — and has patented his own OL-specific training tools. NFL linemen make the trip to Chandler in the offseason; developing high-school and college linemen train in the same building, on the same principles: leverage, strike mechanics, body composition, and the mental side of playing inside.

For a high-school lineman or line parent weighing the trip: OLP is a destination, not a drop-in — families travel from across the country. If Arizona is far, the coach directory on this site can point you to vetted O-line trainers closer to home, and the camps calendar tracks position-specific camps in every state.
