Coming Q3 2026 · $47 · The Trench Games
5 games.
Build linemen who read.
Most drills are run on air — no rusher, no read, nothing to solve. They look clean on Tuesday and fall apart on Friday. The Trench Games are different: 5 constraints-led games from 32 YEARS on the line that force a lineman to read and react the way the game actually demands. Coach Jay Freeman's install, turned into games you can run at a camp, a practice, or a driveway.
Why games, not drills?
A drill on air has no rusher — so the kid isn't reading anything, he's just performing a move he already knows the answer to. Then Friday comes, a live end is across from him, and he's never once had to read. The Trench Games are built on the constraints-led approach (CLA): you don't dictate technique, you build a problem where the right answer is the only way to win — and the kid's body finds it on its own. It's the same thing Coach Jay already teaches — “the rusher does 1 of 4 things, cover him with your feet and place your hands” — now turned into games you can actually run.
5 constraints-led games
Read-and-react games for O-line and D-line. Each one comes with the “dials” to scale it harder or easier on the fly — for a 12-year-old or a college rep, same game.
Printable coach cards
One field-ready card per game: setup, win condition, scoring, the dials, and what to say (and what NOT to say). Laminate them. One coach can run any station.

The 5 games
- “1 of 4” (O-line) — the rusher gets a hidden call; the lineman wins by reading it and protecting the QB spot. Coach Jay’s whole pass-pro install, turned into a game.
- “Fit Windows” (both) — score by landing an independent hand in his target while covering yours. Two-hand punching scores zero — so the right hands show up on their own.
- “Low Ceiling” (both) — a cord at chest height. Rise up, you lose. Pad level with nobody yelling “get low.”
- “Combo & Climb” (O-line) — a 2-on-2 with a hidden-path linebacker. Drills the second-level read you can’t teach on air.
- “Get-Off Gate” (D-line) — get off on a visual key, win the edge through a gate, read the set for edge-vs-counter.
Who it's for
- HS linemen who want a structured offseason without paying for a private coach.
- Position coaches who need a battle-tested install Coach Jay has run with NFL and D1 alike.
- Lineman parents who want to run drills with their kid in the driveway and not look like they're guessing.
- Brotherhood members who want Coach Jay's coaching without the AMA commitment of Medium.
$47. One-time. Coming Q3 2026.
The Drill Pack is in production with Coach Jay right now. Drop your email and you'll get the launch link the moment it drops — plus the Brotherhood-only first-week discount.
Why $47?
We priced it where a serious lineman pays without thinking, but where the value is undeniable. A private session with a 32-YEAR coach runs $150-300/hr. The Trench Games is a full camp’s worth of his coaching for the price of a few minutes of it. Buy it once, run it forever.
Brotherhood Founding Members ($29/mo Medium when it launches Sep 1) get the Drill Pack at $0 — included in the tier. If you're on the Founding waitlist, hold tight; we'll send you a separate unlock.
